SUMMARYThe General Manager, Fire & Life Safety is a senior leadership role with full business and P&L ownership of the Fire & Life Safety division, including sprinkler systems and related life‑safety services. This role is accountable for life‑safety outcomes, regulatory compliance, financial performance, and sustainable growth.The General Manager sets the strategic direction of the division and ensures uncompromising standards for safety, ethics, and compliance, while delivering disciplined financial results and operational excellence across all service lines.KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESFull executive ownership of the Fire & Life Safety division, including sprinkler and water‑based fire protection servicesComplete P&L accountability, including revenue growth, margin performance, cost control, and cash flowDevelopment and execution of the division’s strategic plan, annual operating plan, and multi‑year growth roadmapAbsolute accountability for life‑safety outcomes, regulatory compliance, and ethical conductExecutive authority for health, safety, and risk management with zero tolerance for non‑complianceEnsures full compliance with all applicable fire codes, standards, regulations, and licensing requirementsEnsures business decisions never compromise life safety, regulatory integrity, or professional standardsExecutive oversight of all operations, including inspections, testing, maintenance, service, repairs, and small to mid‑scale projectsEstablishes and enforces standardized operational processes, quality controls, and performance metricsDrives operational discipline, productivity, utilization, and continuous improvement across the divisionApproves pricing strategies, major estimates, capital investments, and subcontracting modelsEnsures strong financial governance, internal controls, and accurate performance reportingLeads resolution of high‑risk operational, safety,
