Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome patients according to established protocols
• Schedule and coordinate patient appointments effectively
• Maintain tidiness and infection control in reception
• Assist with essential clerical and administrative tasks
• Operate office equipment for daily operations
Requirements:
• 0-2 years of healthcare experience
• Medical Office Administration diploma desirable
• Typing speed of at least 35 wpm
• Valuable command of English and excellent communication
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently
