As a candidate, you are encouraged to ask compensation‑related questions and have an open dialogue with your recruiter.Job DescriptionCustomerLead and manage a team of Engineers/Technology Specialists and oversee related engineering analysis activities and deliverables focused on AI Security Technology solutions (new) and Automation in the Security Engineering portfolio.Act as an individual contributor in a lead capacity to draft strategic roadmaps for the Security Engineering portfolio across functional spaces including Enterprise SIEM, Endpoint Security, Physical Security, etc.Assess and plan for security technology integrations in a lead capacity.Provide overall team leadership, training, coaching, development, succession, recruitment, and resource management; ensure ongoing performance feedback and assessments occur and development plans exist for each team member, engaging the team with Platform and Journey leads to ensure 2‑way feedback of Practitioners occurs.Execute the introduction of engineering tools, methodologies, and processes across the enterprise.Account for understanding current skills and capabilities within the practice, actively working to close gaps through learning, coaching, and support.Leverage deep technology expertise for your specialization to ensure all organizational areas that provision, manage, and support technologies have necessary tools, processes, and documentation.Execute on Engineering strategy related to introducing tools and automating build, test, release, and configure activities across Application, Platform, and Infrastructure.Partner with Operations to automatically integrate appropriate tools and processes for automated/self‑serve application, platform, or infrastructure releases.Collaborate with Technology partners and apply in‑depth business understanding to identify and leverage synergies across areas.Act as the expert or lead innovator and agent of change for programs and services under management.Lead interface with other technology teams to implement best practices,



standards, and governance.Work with vendor platform providers and engineering peers to stay abreast of trends, products, frameworks, and applications.Identify and effectively manage stakeholder engagement and impact across the enterprise.Engage executive stakeholders to review progress and obtain input, validation, and approval of key decisions.Anticipate client needs to influence the development of innovative engineering solutions and business strategies.ShareholderAnticipate internal and external business and regulatory issues; recommend process, product, or organizational improvements.Manage resource requirements and assignments, ensuring project milestones are met and monitor projects to keep them on schedule and within budget.Oversee business expenses and FTE plans, ensuring controls are in place to monitor, effectively track, and manage established plans.Support the team in staying knowledgeable on emerging issues, engineering trends, and evolving regulatory requirements, assessing potential impacts to the Bank.Proactively identify emerging technologies and innovative solutions for building more robust platform domains.Contribute to the continuous enhancement of knowledge and expertise in your area while staying current with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices.May interact with governance and control groups (e.G., regulatory and operational risk, compliance, audit) to provide subject‑matter expertise and consult on risk issues related to Engineering technology and tools.Lead teams to deliver solutions in the assigned functional area, meet SLAs, interface with IT, finance, audit, business unit management, and other TD areas to ensure integrated processes, efficient technology introduction, retirement of obsolescent technologies, and support for business‑led initiatives.Employee / TeamCultivate and model the Colleague Promise to support colleague growth, a culture of care, and authenticity in leadership.Align colleague contributions with TD Shared Commitments.Build and retain an engaged, diverse team embracing diversity of thought, creativity, and curiosity, valuing respect and listening, and collaborating to move with speed and accomplish results.Demonstrate inclusive leadership by taking meaningful action to support colleagues and customers across diversity dimensions,
