In the Early Learning & Parenting department, you will work 8-hour shifts from Monday to Friday, providing vital care and support to children. Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver age-appropriate programming using child development principles
• Assess children's needs and plan accordingly for their development
• Foster a safe and clean workplace for learning




• Manage behavioral issues per established guidelines
• Document relevant program and child information accurately
Requirements:
• ECE II or ECE III Certification from Manitoba Child Care Program
• Current Infant/Child First Aid and CPR Certification
• Minimum 2 years childcare experience
• Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
• Knowledge of Indigenous cultures and traditions
