This fixed-term role of six months requires a Registered Nurse focused on vaccine-preventable diseases and community health. You will assess immunization needs, administer vaccines, and document client care according to public health standards. Key Responsibilities:
• Administer immunizations and document all procedures
• Conduct immunization clinics and prepare injection sites
• Ensure compliance with cold chain guidelines

Requirements:
• Active registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Experience in community care preferred
