The Role

We are currently recruiting for a B Pressure Rig Welder to join our team for an upcoming outage.

Approximate start date: August 17.

Duties/Responsibilities

- Perform high‑quality B Pressure welding in accordance with project specifications and applicable codes
- Read and interpret welding blueprints, drawings, and welding procedures
- Set up, operate,



and maintain rig welding equipment safely and efficiently
- Conduct welds that meet or exceed quality standards with minimal rework
- Collaborate with other trades and crew members to ensure work is completed safely and on schedule
- Identify hazards and comply with all company safety policies and legislative requirements
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

Education/Skills/Experience

- Valid Journeyman Welder ticket (Red Seal preferred)
- Valid B Pressure Certificate (current and in good standing)
- Must have valid safety tickets (H2S Alive, WHMIS 2015, CSTS-2020)
- Experience in industrial construction or live plant environments is an asset
- Strong troubleshooting, layout, and fitting skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Legally eligible to work in Canada
- Must be able to pass a pre‑employment drug and alcohol test
