Overview
We are seeking a agile and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our retail team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to provide exceptional customer service. Duties
Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs
Conduct product demonstrations and explain features to enhance customer understanding
Engage in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities
Operate POS systems for transactions, including cash handling and processing payments accurately
Manage merchandising displays to ensure attractive product presentation
Maintain knowledge of current promotions, store policies, and product information
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly




Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment as needed
Uphold store cleanliness, organization, and safety standards
Support team members in achieving sales goals through collaborative efforts

Skills
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively
Experience in retail sales, including technology or product demos preferred
Proficiency with POS systems, cashiering, and cash handling procedures
Knowledge of merchandising principles and basic math skills for transactions
Excellent time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks efficiently
Phone etiquette and professional demeanor when interacting with customers over the phone or in person
Ability to upsell products tactfully while maintaining customer satisfaction
Technical sales experience or familiarity with retail technology is a plus
Strong customer service orientation with a focus on building lasting relationships

Pay: $17.00-$37.00 per hour
