Your Role as Managing Veterinarian In this leadership position, you will shape both the medical direction and culture of the hospital while maintaining an active clinical presence. Provide strong medical leadership and uphold high standards of care Drive clinical quality, consistency, innovation, and growth Support thoughtful, people‑focused change management Mentor, inspire, and develop veterinarians and support staff Uphold high medical, ethical, and qualified standards Our Facility & Medicine Our modern hospital supports advanced diagnostics and care, including ultrasound, digital radiography, endoscopy, and advanced orthopedic surgery. We are committed to providing the tools and infrastructure needed to deliver high‑quality, progressive medicine.

Attractive compensation range from $120,000 – $160,000 based on experience, leadership bonuses,



comprehensive health and dental coverage, RRSP matching, paid vacation, and CE allowance.
