Warehouse Associate Position Type: Full-Time K2 is a leading distributor of high-quality stainless-steel fasteners. We’re looking for a reliable, diligent and safety-focused Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team and support our growing operations.

The Warehouse

Associate plays a key role in effective handling, processing, and organization of inventory. This hands-on position involves operating a forklift and reach truck, loading and unloading shipments, and maintaining inventory accuracy in a quick-paced warehouse setting. The ideal candidate will have strong reach truck and forklift experience, as this is a critical function of the role.

You’ll work closely with the warehouse team to ensure all warehouse functions are executed safely and effectively, reporting directly to the warehouse operations manager. Operate forklift and reach truck to load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse. Accurately process incoming and outgoing shipments to meet delivery timelines.

Verify shipment contents against documentation to ensure accuracy. Use the warehouse management system for inventory tracking, bin stock updates,



and pallet rack storage. Participate in routine inventory counts and audits.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. Assist in managing warehouse supplies and maintaining accurate location charts. Recent experience in a warehouse environment.

Experience in operating a forklift Reach truck experience is essential. Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Ability to quickly learn current warehouse software systems.

Efficiency: Ensure all delivery and transfer deadlines are met.

Inventory Integrity: Support accurate inventory management through regular counts and reporting. Contribute to a safe, clean, and organized warehouse.
