Experience with sterile compounding is preferred, as well as a genuine desire to support patient health. Key Responsibilities:
Address and prevent medication-related issues for patients
Collaborate with healthcare specialists for effective compounding




Promote patient satisfaction through secure medication practices
Educate and inform patients about their medications
Ensure compliance with pharmacy operational standards

Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy required
Active Florida Pharmacist license required
Preferred completion of ASHP Accredited PGY1 Pharmacy Residency
Experience with USP 797/800 and BCSCP is advantageous
Commitment to patient safety and clinical excellence
