docbraces Winnipeg is seeking a skilled and patient-focused Orthodontist or General Dentist with a strong orthodontic focus to provide locum coverage for select days in June.

Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive orthodontic care, including diagnosis, treatment planning, and case management
Deliver high-quality clinical care with a strong focus on patient experience and outcomes
Supervise and support clinical team members, including hygienists and assistants
Review patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed




Bonding and debonding of orthodontic appliances, including brackets and aligner therapy (if applicable)
Ensure compliance with all clinical protocols, infection prevention, and safety standards
Communicate effectively with patients and families regarding treatment plans, progress, and outcomes
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
Collaborate with the broader clinical team to ensure efficient and effective patient flow

Requirements
Licensed Orthodontist or General Dentist in good standing with the provincial regulatory body
Experience in orthodontics, including fixed appliances and/or clear aligner therapy
Strong clinical skills with a commitment to high-quality patient care
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment
Current CPR and First Aid certification
