Develop and execute the business plan for Tissue Services
Ensure sales growth and service execution for TM SER products
Coordinate all mill services and conduct maintenance audits
Lead service support and oversee regional projects

Bachelor's in a relevant engineering field or equivalent
Minimum eight years of experience in tissue services
Proven experience in sales and customer engagement
