We're looking for experienced ServiceNow Testing specialists to join a health insurance client engagement in Calgary. If you have deep hands-on expertise across ServiceNow modules and testing frameworks, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Work On: 1) Foundation Data — CMDB, groups, users, roles & taxonomy aligned for segregation 2)Portal & Access — Unified branded portal with show/hide logic based on company attributes 3)Catalog & Request Management — Show/hide rules and form visibility by company attribute 4) ITSM — Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, Hardware Asset Management, Service Portfolio Management, Service Design Factory 5)Reporting — Dashboards & data-level access control by company attribute 6) Integrations — Connectivity verification for Jira, Genesys/IVR, BigPanda, Oracle, and PlanView

ATF (Automated Test Framework)

Pay: Up to $85.00 per hour

Experience
servicenow testing: 8 years (required)
ATF: 5 years (preferred)
Service portfolio management: 4 years (preferred)
