We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Tai Chi Instructor to inspire and guide individuals through the graceful movements and mindful practices of Tai Chi. Duties
Design and deliver agile Tai Chi classes tailored to diverse skill levels and age groups.
Demonstrate proper techniques, postures, and breathing exercises to ensure safe practice.
Provide clear instructions and personalized feedback to enhance student progress.
Foster a positive, inclusive workplace that motivates participants to stay committed.
Incorporate mindfulness and relaxation techniques into each session to maximize advantages.
Monitor participant safety during classes.
Maintain accurate attendance records and class schedules to ensure smooth operations.
Experience
Proven experience teaching Tai Chi or similar martial arts or movement practices.
Strong understanding of Tai Chi principles, forms, and health benefits.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate.
Prior experience in leading group classes in community centers, gyms, or wellness programs.
Ability to adapt teaching methods based on individual needs and fitness levels
Certification and/or formal training in Tai Chi and/or Qi Gong instruction from a recognized provider.
Experience teaching Classical Yang 108 Form is preferred.
Pay Rate: $35.00-$38.00 per hour Pay: $35.00-$38.00 per hour
