You will lead various maintenance engineering tasks in this full time role, focusing on troubleshooting, developing Construction Work Packages, and designing modifications. Key Responsibilities:
Lead troubleshooting and problem-solving for in-service equipment
Develop Construction Work Packages and modifications




Provide technical guidance to tradespeople and planners
Manage engineering backlog and performance metrics
Mentor junior engineers and foster a safety-first culture

Requirements:
8+ years of maintenance engineering experience
Bachelor of Science in Engineering plus P. Eng designation
Familiarity with refinery equipment codes and standards
Experience with CMMS and Management of Change processes
Solid emphasis on mentor leadership and collaboration
