Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Service Technician to join our service team at our car dealership in Brampton.
The Service
Technician is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles to manufacturer and dealership standards while ensuring quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Perform vehicle inspections, diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs
Accurately identify mechanical and electrical issues using diagnostic tools
Complete work orders efficiently and according to manufacturer specifications
Perform routine maintenance services such as oil changes, brakes, tires, and alignments
Conduct safety inspections and road tests as required
Communicate findings and repair recommendations to service advisors
Maintain a clean, protected, and organized work area
Follow all dealership, manufacturer, and safety policies
Document all work performed clearly and accurately
Participate in ongoing technical training and certification programs
Qualifications & Requirements
Valid Ontario Automotive Service Technician certification (310S) preferred or apprentice status considered
Minimum 2–5 years of automotive repair experience
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Familiarity with dealership service systems and diagnostic equipment
Valid Ontario driver’s license
OEM or brand-specific certifications are an asset
