Qualifications & Experience

:- 8+ years of experience in Product Design, UX Design, Interaction Design, or related fields, supported by a robust portfolio showcasing end-to-end product thinking and measurable business impact

.- Proven expertise in designing complex digital products, enterprise platforms, SaaS solutions, or data-intensive applications

.- Proficiency in contemporary design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or equivalent design platforms

.- Experience utilizing AI-powered design, research, or productivity tools to improve design outcomes and team efficiency

.- Strong understanding of design systems, information architecture, interaction design, visual design, and accessibility best practices

.- Demonstrated ability to conduct user research, usability testing, and data-driven analysis to validate assumptions and guide product decisions





.- Experience working within Agile product development settings and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams

.- Solid business acumen with the ability to connect user experience improvements to customer satisfaction, product adoption, and business outcomes

.- Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence decisions at multiple organizational levels

.- Deep understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design principles

.- Experience with rapid prototyping, experimentation, and iterative product development in fast-paced environments

.- Familiarity with modern development workflows, design-to-development handoff processes, and collaboration with engineering teams throughout implementation
