Become a Senior Supply Planning Manager, spearheading supply chain strategies and capacity planning to align production goals with market demand. As the Senior Supply Planning Manager, you will lead the development of the enterprise supply plan and oversee key supply chain processes within the S&OP; framework.

Your role is essential to fostering collaboration between supply chain and plant Operations while also mentoring your team of supply planners. You'll manage complex planning data and develop strategies to respond to supply constraints, ensuring the organization meets service level commitments. Key Responsibilities:
Lead the enterprise supply plan development
Collaborate in monthly S&OP; cycles
Direct plant Operations on supply planning requirements




Provide oversight to Master Schedulers.
Resolve supply/demand imbalances effectively

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related
At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
Demonstrated expertise in rough-cut capacity planning
Familiarity with ERP systems, especially INFOR/SyteLine
Advanced skills in BI tools for KPI reporting
