Experience the joy of maintaining hives and educating communities about bees in a versatile role. As an Urban Beekeeper at Alvéole, you will work independently, managing honey bee hives on a three-week service cycle.
Your responsibilities include installing hives, conducting inspections, and ensuring colony health. You'll also lead workshops, engage with clients, and harvest honey while recording data digitally. Key Responsibilities:
Maintain honey bee hives at client locations
Install recent hives and necessary equipment
Conduct routine hive inspections and maintenance
Harvest honey and manage final product delivery
Facilitate educational workshops on bees Requirements:
Hands-on beekeeping experience is a must
Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
Solid organizational skills for record-keeping
Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
