The Senior Program

Director will be responsible for managing an adept team of Program Directors, ensuring program effectiveness, and implementing systematic project management processes. Oversee and guide the team of Program Directors
Develop and implement best practices for project tracking




Serve as external representative for donor and stakeholder communication

Requirements:
At least fifteen years of progressive leadership experience
Understanding of Global Affairs Canada frameworks is essential
Full professional fluency in English and French; Spanish is a bonus
