Mill Manager, guiding a team of supervisors and tradespeople. Responsible for developing maintenance strategies, budgeting, and ensuring regulatory compliance, you'll promote a culture of continuous improvement in maintenance and production operations. Your leadership will be crucial in shaping effective maintenance programs. Key Responsibilities:
Direct Surface Maintenance Group workflows and activities
Work with stakeholders to set and track maintenance goals
Oversee Capital expenditure and maintenance budget management
Coordinate with procurement to align maintenance inventory
Provide timely performance feedback and coaching
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or relevant discipline
5–7 years of supervisory experience in industrial settings
Solid familiarity with mechanical and electrical systems
Advanced English proficiency and authorized work in Canada
Completion of pre-employment checks required
