Job Summary

Master Mechanic Oshawa is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated service coordinator to join our team. Reporting to the Service Manager, the position works attentively in acquiring and booking appointments, answering incoming and completing outgoing calls. The position entails assisting the Service Manager in checking in and cashing out customers, greeting customers and assisting to achieve stellar customer satisfaction and overall department success.

This role is a high pace and requires fast and critical thinkers while working alongside the Service Manager. In this position you will play a key role in the daily operations and growth of the business. Organization and time management will be key skills alongside communication and attention to detail.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Booking appointments
Answer and direct incoming calls
Perform outbound calls as required
Execute daily tasks in a timely manner
Checking in and cashing out customers
Assist with vehicle write up and processing
Communicate with the team to obtain or order required parts




Carry out all customer interactions in a positive and courteous manner

Our Ideal Candidate:
Secondary School (required)
Proficiency in Office 365
Experience in customer service or administrative role is preferred
Robust time management skills to efficiently coordinate appointments
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to interact with clients and team members
High attention to detail to ensure accurate appointment records
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
