You'll conduct preventive maintenance, diagnose issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Robust organizational and leadership skills are essential to train recent employees and promote safety within the team. Key Responsibilities:
Perform preventive maintenance on various equipment
Conduct diagnostic testing to identify equipment issues
Adjust, repair or replace defective parts
Test repaired equipment for compliance with specifications
Train and mentor recent employees and apprentices
Requirements:
Journeyman level qualification or trade school diploma
High School Diploma or equivalent required
3 years' experience in underground mining preferred
Knowledge of hydraulic and electrical schematics
Ability to follow health and safety regulations
