The Saskatchewan Workers Compensation
Board seeks a visionary Chief Mental Health Officer who reports directly to the Vice President of Operations. In this executive role, you will provide senior clinical and operational leadership while ensuring high-quality care practices that align with organizational goals. As a critical player, you’ll advance mental health outcomes and collaborate with various partners to support workers and internal employee strategies. Key Responsibilities:
Direct the evolution of mental health services at SWCB
Ensure alignment of care practices with operational priorities
Foster collaboration with care providers to enhance outcomes
Promote organizational mental health initiatives
Implement strategic plans for mental health improvement
Requirements:
Minimum Master’s degree or doctorate in Psychology or Psychiatry
Registration with the relevant skilled college
At least ten years of mental health clinical experience
Five years in a leadership role with relevant organizations
Education and experience may be considered together
Lead the transformation of mental health services at the Saskatchewan Workers Compensation Board as their Chief Mental Health Officer.
