Responsibilities:
Welcome customers and schedule service appointments.
Prepare repair orders and communicate customer concerns to technicians.
Provide customers with updates throughout the repair process.
Recommend maintenance and additional services when appropriate.
Coordinate with the service and parts departments to ensure timely repairs.
Deliver an outstanding customer experience from vehicle drop-off to pick-up.
Qualifications:
Previous customer service experience is required.
Automotive Service Advisor experience is considered an asset.
Experience with CDK software is considered an asset.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer skills and the ability to learn dealership software.
