Pay Structure

$20.00 / Hour + Monthly Bonus

Duties
Booking appointment over the phone , online chats and e-mails.
Communicate proactively with customers to confirm appointments, answer questions, and provide updates
Collaborate with the sales and service teams to prioritize appointments based on vehicle needs and technician availability
Maintain accurate records of appointments, customer interactions, and service details in the dealership management system
Upsell additional services or maintenance prospects during customer interactions to maximize dealership revenue




Handle cash transactions related to appointment deposits or payments with accuracy and professionalism

Requirements
Excellent communication skills
Aptitude for automotive knowledge or enthusiasm to learn
Customer service experience with a friendly, energetic attitude
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
Sales skills or enthusiasm to learn.
Cash handling experience with attention to detail and accuracy
Basic computer handling and data management
