Join Delta Intelligent Building Technologies as an Accounting Manager, where you'll drive financial excellence in a hybrid work model. This role emphasizes financial reporting, team leadership, and compliance.

In this full time position, you'll report directly to the Financial Controller, ensuring the accuracy of the General Ledger and supporting month-end and year-end processes. As an integral part of the finance team, you will oversee Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable, and actively contribute to budgeting and variance analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise journal entries and reconciliations for accuracy
Manage month-end and year-end financial closure
Prepare financial statements according to GAAP and IFRS
Analyze operating results to clarify financial variances
Support audits by providing needed documentation

Requirements:
3–5 years of relevant accounting experience
Competence in financial reporting and budgeting
Familiarity with statutory tax filings
ERP software knowledge such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics GP
Solid analytical and communication skills
