Overview

We are seeking a friendly, attentive Server to join our dynamic restaurant team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional guest service, ensure food safety and sanitation standards, and create a welcoming dining experience for all patrons. This role offers an opportunity to develop hospitality skills in a quick-paced setting with a focus on teamwork and customer satisfaction.

Duties
Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Micros POS
Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining quality standards
Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales
Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling responsibilities
Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and adherence to food safety regulations
Assist in setting up tables, refilling supplies, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the shift
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders




Manage time effectively during busy service periods to serve guests promptly
Provide guest services by addressing questions, special requests, and resolving issues professionally

Skills
Experience with POS systems, especially Micros POS, is preferred
Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction
Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures
Previous food service or restaurant experience is advantageous
Ability to manage time efficiently during high-volume service times
Basic math skills for bill calculations and cash handling accuracy
Familiarity with food industry standards including serving, food preparation, and upselling techniques
Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor
Ability to work in a quick-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism

Pay: From $16.50 per hour
