Senior Estimator (Land Piling Projects)

About the Role

This is more than just an estimating role — it’s an chance to lead, influence, and mentor. As a Senior Estimator, you’ll play a key role in driving successful bids, guiding strategy, and supporting the delivery of complex land piling and heavy civil projects.

What You’ll Do
Lead full-cycle estimating on complex tenders
Analyze drawings and specifications to identify risks and opportunities
Develop accurate and competitive pricing strategies
Coordinate subcontractor and supplier pricing
Support procurement and pre‑construction planning
Mentor and guide junior estimators
Collaborate closely with project teams and leadership

What You Bring
8+ years of estimating experience in piling, marine, or heavy civil construction
Strong technical expertise in foundations and ground improvement methods
Proven success delivering lump‑sum and negotiated bids




Proficiency with estimating tools (HeavyBid is an asset) and advanced Excel skills
A strategic mindset with robust leadership and communication skills

Salary

$120k- $150k per annum
