Your role encompasses estimating, cost control, and project management in asphalt, concrete, and landscape construction. You will manage projects through the entire lifecycle while engaging with clients and ensuring project success. Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed cost estimates for diverse infrastructure projects
Manage awarded projects from initiation to completion




Attend site meetings and coordinate with Site Supervisors
Review bids and pricing strategies with Senior Management
Mentor junior estimators for continuous improvement Requirements:
5+ years of estimating experience in civil construction
Project management skills for civil projects
Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field
Proficiency with estimating software like Bid2Win
Robust organizational and analytical abilities Lead civil projects successfully with The Forest Group using your expertise in estimating and project management.
