Duties
Safely operate commercial trucks to transport grain trailers efficiently and securely across designated routes.
Load and unload cargo using heavy equipment, adhering to safety protocols.
Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance with regulations.
Assist with automotive repairs or basic maintenance to keep trucks in optimal condition.
Verify freight documentation, ensuring accuracy in shipment details and delivery requirements.
Communicate effectively with dispatchers, warehouse staff, and clients to coordinate deliveries and pickups.




Maintain detailed records of deliveries, inspections, repairs, and operational logs for accountability.

Skills
Proven experience in commercial driving with a valid CDL license.
Proficiency in forklift operation and freight handling techniques.
Knowledge of heavy equipment operation and safety procedures.
Ability to perform basic automotive repairs and troubleshoot vehicle issues.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation and compliance.
Excellent communication skills for coordinating with team members and clients.
Physical stamina to handle loading/unloading tasks and long hours on the road.
