Duties

Perform general labour tasks such as digging, lifting, carrying, and moving supplies or equipment
Support skilled tradespeople by handing tools, measuring materials, and following instructions precisely
Maintain a clean and secure work environment by adhering to safety protocols and removing hazards
Operate basic machinery or power tools under supervision to aid in construction activities
Follow detailed work plans and blueprints to ensure accurate execution of tasks
Collaborate effectively with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards
Experience
Previous experience in construction, renovation, or general labour roles is required
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks consistently throughout the workday
Strong understanding of safety procedures and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment
Solid knowledge of tools, equipment, and materials used in construction projects
Valuable communication skills and ability to follow detailed instructions accurately
