Duties
Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery
Handle cash, process payments, and perform cashiering duties with precision and integrity
Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining proper food handling and sanitation standards
Assist in food preparation tasks when needed, supporting kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas,



and service stations in accordance with food safety regulations

Skills
Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments with strong guest service skills
Excellent time management abilities to prioritize tasks during busy hours
Knowledge of food safety, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
(Food safe level 1 certified if possible)
Ability to perform basic math accurately for billing, change calculation, and inventory counts
Robust communication skills to coordinate effectively with kitchen staff and guests
Demonstrated hospitality mindset with a positive attitude and willingness to upsell menu items
Vietnamese Proficiency preferred
