As Vice

President of Clinical and Service Excellence, you will provide strategic leadership and oversight for Youthdale’s clinical initiatives and operational teams. This role requires a solid commitment to enhancing service delivery quality and accessibility as you partner with community organizations and stakeholders. Your leadership will focus on aligning clinical services with organizational and legislative standards, fostering a culture of continuous improvement among teams. Key Responsibilities:
Direct executive leadership for clinical and service delivery
Collaborate on strategic priorities for mental health services




Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
Lead initiatives for continuous improvement across services

Preferred Master's degree or advanced qualifications
