Duties
Supervise daily store operations, ensuring smooth food preparation, cooking, and serving processes
Lead and motivate team members to deliver exceptional customer service and uphold food safety standards
Oversee food handling procedures, maintaining cleanliness and compliance with health regulations
Coordinate food production activities, including cooking, plating, and presentation to meet quality standards
Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and ensure proper storage of ingredients and equipment
Train recent staff on food safety protocols,



customer service techniques, and operational procedures
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance overall satisfaction

Requirements
Proven supervising experience in a food service or restaurant environment
Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations
Experience in restaurant management or hospitality roles with leadership responsibilities
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse clientele
Familiarity with food handling regulations and food safety practices (such as HACCP)
Background in the food industry, including restaurant or kitchen experience, is highly preferred
Barista experience or similar beverage service background is a plus
Ability to work efficiently in quick-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail

Pay: Up to $20.00 per hour
