As a Hairstylist/Barber, you will be an integral team member providing expert hair cutting, coloring, and styling services to clients while maintaining a clean and welcoming salon environment. Reporting directly to the salon manager and collaborating with senior stylists or lead barbers, you will focus on delivering traditional and contemporary hairstyles that meet client preferences. Occasional travel for events or training may be required to keep skills current and support salon initiatives.

Responsibilities
Cut and style hair according to client requests and salon standards
Apply hair coloring techniques using qualified products
Consult with clients to understand their needs and suggest suitable styles
Maintain sanitation and hygiene of tools and workstations
Recommend hair care products to clients




Schedule appointments efficiently to optimize salon workflow
Provide excellent customer service to enhance client satisfaction
Perform barbering services including traditional and contemporary cuts

Preferred Qualifications
1+ years of hairstyling or barbering experience
Cosmetology or barbering certificate or diploma
State cosmetology or barber license
