This 6-month contractual role is based in the Greater Toronto Area or Montreal, where you will influence manufacturing transformations.

You will bridge the gap between advisory insights and real-world implementation, ensuring projects are delivered effectively. Your hands-on approach will be essential in achieving operational excellence. Key Responsibilities:
Lead manufacturing transformation projects from initiation to completion
Implement Lean/Six Sigma methodologies to optimize performance
Engage in IT/OT systems modernization and EAM strategies
Create and execute operational scenario models and business cases Requirements:
Minimum 3 years in operations management or similar
Experience executing both advisory and implementation projects
Proficient in Lean/Six Sigma and IT/OT tools
Knowledge of SAP EAM, Oracle EAM, and related technologies
