Adventure Bay is seeking an energetic and customer-focused

Store Manager to take full responsibility for the daily operation of our indoor children's playground, ensuring an outstanding experience for every family.

Responsibilities
Oversee all daily operations of the playground.
Lead, train, schedule, and motivate staff.
Ensure excellent customer service and resolve concerns.
Maintain a secure, clean, and welcoming environment.
Coordinate parties, workshops, and special events.
Manage opening/closing, cash handling, inventory, and reports.
Ensure equipment is maintained and health & safety standards are met.
Drive memberships, party bookings, and business performance.

Qualifications
2+ years of management or supervisory experience in retail, hospitality, recreation, childcare,



or a similar customer-facing environment.
Solid leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
Available to work weekends and some evenings.
CPR/First Aid certification is an asset.
Food Handler Certificate is an asset.
