What you will do:
Prepare, season and cook food as directed
Smashing burgers and helping the kitchen
Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
Adopt a “clean as you go” mentality and adhere to all sanitation/food production policies




Be a team player by assisting co-workers as needed

Job Requirements:
Previous line cook experience is an asset, but we are willing to train the right candidate
Able to work at late night hours (5 AM), but are versatile
Able to work on weekends and holidays
Uniform policy: Non-slip shoes, jeans, black T-Shirt and black baseball hat
Safe Food Handling Certification preferred
Able to lift 50lbs
Ability to stand for long periods of time and work in a hot kitchen

Job Types: Permanent, Full time Pay: $17.60-$19.00 per hour
