Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and friendly Server/Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and assist them in selecting food and beverage options, ensuring a positive first impression.
Take accurate orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, and process transactions efficiently with cash handling expertise.
Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, adhering to all food safety and alcohol service regulations.
Serve food promptly, ensuring proper presentation and timely delivery to guests.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas, following food handling standards diligently.




Manage multiple tables or bar stations simultaneously while providing attentive customer service.
Handle cash register operations accurately, including cashiering duties, basic math calculations, and end-of-shift balancing.

Skills
Proven experience in restaurant or food industry settings, with a strong background in food service or bartending roles.
Proficiency with POS systems such as Micros POS for order entry and transaction processing.
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor that fosters guest satisfaction.
Robust time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively during busy hours.
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures to ensure guest safety.
Ability to perform basic math accurately for cashiering, change calculation, and order totaling.
Experience with serving alcohol responsibly, including understanding legal age requirements and responsible beverage service protocols.
