This role is critical in advancing TD’s finance data strategy by championing Agile practices and driving measurable business outcomes. You will guide cross-functional teams through complex transformation initiatives, collaborating closely with stakeholders to align executive vision with actionable results.## ## Key Responsibilities* Provide Agile leadership to the various pillars of the team by facilitating ceremonies, removing impediments, and ensuring high team engagement and productivity.* Deliver strategic finance data initiatives on time and within scope, managing workflows and promoting accountability across the team.* Collaborate with executive stakeholders to define, prioritize, and execute the finance data transformation roadmap.* Develop and implement governance models to support finance data delivery and regulatory reporting requirements.* Guide Product Owners/Pillar leads in effective backlog management and support teams in self-organization and continuous improvement.* Ensure compliance with all regulatory and financial reporting standards, leveraging in-depth experience in financial institutions.* Foster a collaborative, transparent,
and high-performance team culture that embraces change and innovation.## ## Required Qualifications* Certified Scrum Master with a minimum of 6years of direct experience in Agile roles.* Demonstrated success in finance transformation and reporting initiatives within financial services.* Strong background in Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and hands-on team leadership.* Exceptional communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.* Proven ability to drive strategic delivery and align team objectives with business priorities.## ## Preferred Experience* Post -secondary education* Experience in finance data management and regulatory reporting.* Background in enterprise-scale transformation projects and use of Agile tools (e.G., Jira, Confluence).* Prior roles in coaching teams through organizational change and process improvement.* Experience with artificial intelligence (AI) applications in finance data, including the use of Python and SQL for data analysis, automation, and insight generation.## ## Relevant Soft SkillsSuccess as a Finance Data Delivery Manager at TD also hinges on a strong portfolio of soft skills.
