Key Responsibilities:
• Support the Store Leader in daily management tasks
• Train and coach store employees effectively
• Manage cash handling and customer loyalty transactions




• Ensure store presentation meets health and safety standards

Requirements:
• Prior supervisory experience in retail is required
• Competency in oral and written communication
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel
• Capability to multitask and perform physical tasks
• High School diploma or GED preferred
