Reporting to the Assistant General Manager, your key focus will be to maintain open channels for communication with Residents and foster continued engagement. You will respond to inquiries, handle complaints effectively, and create memorable experiences through organized community events. This environment requires a proactive mindset and the ability to resolve issues efficiently, enhancing the overall student living experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Address Resident inquiries with professionalism and courtesy
• Assist with viewing arrangements and resident applications




• Host and promote community events and open houses
• Support move-in and move-out logistics, including inspections
• Perform general administrative duties to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
• Minimum 2-3 years of customer service experience
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-up abilities
• Capacity to develop creative solutions to challenges
• Multilingual skills are a plus
