As we scale, we're looking for people who love autonomy, embrace thoughtful collaboration, and are excited by building alongside an early‑stage team.Locations:Canada, UK, NetherlandsDepartment:Partner SalesReports To:Director of PartnershipsThe OpportunityWe’re looking for a tech‑savvy Partner Manager for the European, Middle East, and African regions, where you will play a critical role in driving the growth and success of Orchestry’s partnerships. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with strategic partners, identifying and recruiting new partners, and nurturing existing partnerships to achieve mutual success and drive revenue growth.What You’ll Be DoingManage partner sales pipeline in the EMEA regionsActively identify and recruit recent strategic partners in the EMEA regionsEstablish and nurture robust relationships with existing partners to drive revenue growth and customer successCollaborate with partners on joint marketing initiatives, demand generation programs, and sales enablement activitiesDevelop and execute business plans with partners to achieve revenue targets and market penetration goalsProvide input on product roadmap and enhancements based on partner feedback and market trendsContinuously monitor and analyze the partner landscape to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trendsMonitor and update our CRM and related systems with critical partner intelligenceOther partnership and sales activities as required,
