We operate a Youth Drop-In Centre, offering barrier-free counselling, hot meals, and community programming, and a Transitional Home, providing emergency and long-term housing with life-skills support.If you’re passionate about creating safe, inclusive spaces for marginalized youth, this is your chance to make an impact as a Senior Director, Fund Development!About the RoleThe Senior Director, Fund Development will lead Friends of Ruby’s multi-year fundraising strategy and oversee all fund development activities, including major gifts, corporate partnerships, grants, and donor stewardship, while working closely with the Executive Director, Board, and internal teams. Success is defined by building a strong, diversified funding pipeline with consistent six-figure commitments, achieving and exceeding annual revenue goals, and fostering a philanthropic culture that enables significant growth in impact for 2SLGBTQIA+ youth.What You BringBachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.Minimum 7–10 years of progressive philanthropic leadership experience in the non-profit sector.Proven track record in major gift fundraising, with the ability to secure six-figure commitments.Proficiency with donor management/CRM software (e.G.,
