Success is defined by building a strong, diversified funding pipeline with consistent six-figure commitments, achieving and exceeding annual revenue goals, and fostering a philanthropic culture that enables significant growth in impact for 2SLGBTQIA+ youth.What You BringBachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.Minimum 7–10 years of progressive philanthropic leadership experience in the non-profit sector.Proven track record in major gift fundraising, with the ability to secure six-figure commitments.Proficiency with donor management/CRM software (e.G.,
