We're looking for an experienced and motivated Store Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of one of our A&W; restaurants. This role is responsible for building and developing a strong team, delivering exceptional guest service, and driving operational and financial success.

Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
Recruit, hire, onboard, and train team members.
Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring quality, cleanliness, and food safety standards.
Manage scheduling, labour, inventory, and operating costs.
Drive sales, profitability, and guest satisfaction.
Resolve guest concerns professionally and promptly.
Complete administrative duties including scheduling, payroll, reporting, and cash management.
Ensure compliance with company policies and health and safety standards.

Qualifications
Previous restaurant management experience.




Solid leadership and coaching skills.
Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
Experience managing labour, inventory, and financial performance.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
