Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery
Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness
Assist with food handling, preparation, and sanitation to uphold food safety regulations and hygiene standards
Manage cash handling and cashiering duties accurately, including processing payments and giving correct change
Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
Maintain a clean and organized work station,



adhering to sanitation protocols and restaurant policies
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and timely service for all guests

Experience
Previous food service or restaurant experience is preferred but not required; we welcome motivated individuals eager to learn
Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar technology is a plus
Solid time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy periods
Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally
Basic math skills for cashiering, billing, and managing transactions accurately
Experience in hospitality or the food industry is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate
