Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS
Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties
Ensure food safety and proper food handling procedures are followed at all times
Manage multiple tables or bar stations with effective time management skills to maximize guest satisfaction
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area, including bar setup and dining space




Assist in opening or closing responsibilities as needed, including inventory checks and restocking supplies

Qualifications
Previous restaurant or food service experience preferred; familiarity with the food industry is a plus
Proficiency with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
Excellent time management abilities to handle busy service periods efficiently
Basic math skills for cash handling, billing, and making change accurately
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
Experience with serving alcohol responsibly is desirable but not required; training can be provided
