Strong understanding of multi-residential renovations and commercial buildings.
Experience managing Project Managers, supervisors, or construction teams.( 20-50ppl)
Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, budgeting, and quality control, estimating.
Proven ability to create structure and improve operational efficiency.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a rapid-paced workplace.
Solid organizational skills with attention to detail
Knowledge of construction software and project management platforms, estimating, blueprints etc.
