This role necessitates a Bachelor’s degree from a Maritime Academy, with a robust grasp of compliance and operational management. Engage effectively with vessel crews and authorities to ensure every loading meets defined standards. Key Responsibilities:
Direct traffic flow of vessels arriving and departing
Monitor compliance with loading protocols per shipping instructions
Supervise initial and final draft surveys on barges
Coordinate between ship crews and port authorities
Ensure effective execution of cargo placement and rehandling tasks Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree from a recognized Maritime Academy
1–2 years in port operations role
Fluent in both Indonesian and English
Robust technical foundation in barge operations
Competent in MS Office and light vehicle driving Leverage your operational skills in port management and nickel loading at a leading terminal.
